The Brief
This leading wholesale company wanted to reward their employees for demonstrating behaviour that reflected the company core values across their UK thirty three stores and a head office.
Goal
To increase and reward associated behaviour that reflects the company’s core values.
What Was Done
A manager nomination process was designed with a bespoke company Red Letter Days web page that would allow managers to select the behaviour demonstrated and the reason for the award. The scheme was branded with a company tagline to staff and the launch included a number of phases of in-store posters, staff presentations and pay slip inserts.
Result
"Since its inception the scheme has proven an increase in behaviour of the company’s core values thus resulting in an improvement in: customer service and care, use of employee initiative and employee ownership of tasks."
