To add another dimension to the Wragge & Co Extra Mile Award Scheme which recognised specific instances of exceptional commitment or 'extra mile' attitude/approach which would not otherwise have been recognised and rewarded through other means, for example: performance ratings, differential salary reviews, overtime etc.
