How can I pay using a Purchase Order number?
You'll need to set up an account with Red Letter Days by completing a credit application form. Fax this through to us on 0845 600 7620 or email it to corporate@redletterdays.co.uk. As soon as your account is set up you can place orders using a Purchase Order number.

Is there a minimum order requirement?
No. You can order as little or as much as you like.

How soon will my vouchers be delivered?
This depends on which delivery method you choose. UK Standard delivery by First Class post are dispatched the same day if ordered by 3pm on weekdays and costs

How does the voucher come presented?
Vouchers are presented in our signature Red Letter Days gift pack or our stylish new branded envelope, with information on what the recipient has been given and how to book. There's room for you to write a message by hand, or we can print your personal message at time of ordering. We can also add your company logo for additional branding (we'll need a high-res image of your logo).

Can I customise Red Letter Days vouchers with my company logo?
All of our vouchers can be customised. All you need to do is email us a high resolution image of your logo before placing your order, and make sure you specify at time of ordering that you want this added. We'll even send you a sample to make sure you are happy with how it looks before we process your order.

What if the recipient wants to top-up their experience?
All of our vouchers offer complete flexibility, so the recipient can exchange the voucher for another experience or gift, or add a little extra money to upgrade their experience. This can usually be done through our website or over the phone.

What happens if the recipient wants to do something different to the Ferrari Experience I have bought for them?
All of our vouchers offer complete flexibility, so the recipient can exchange the voucher for an alternative experience or gift of the same value or less.

A number of people have been awarded a voucher and want to go on a group experience, is this possible?
Vouchers can be grouped together to book as a group. Call our call centre and specify this at time of booking, and they'll make sure that you all get booked on the same date.
